Ms. Pearl Mascarenhas
Head Program Planning & Scheduling

Introduction

Pearl, has spent more than two decades at the Tata Management Training Centre, and presently heads the Planning & Scheduling of all TMTC Programs.

She has managed the 3 Tier Leadership Seminar’s (TGSLS, TGELS & TGeLS) the leadership development interventions of the Tata Group, conducted in collaboration with Harvard Business School faculty, Michigan Ross and IIM & Rice University faculty – since their inception.

Earlier, Pearl has coordinated the senior leadership programs for the Group with INSEAD, NYU-Stern and Stanford University. Pearl is part of the KAM for all Eastern Region Tata Companies and supports a section of the marketing and MIS for TMTC, with her team. She initiated the 'Faculty Learning Points Scheme' and the 'Alumni Newsletter' at TMTC.

Prior to joining TMTC, Pearl successfully completed a pilot HRA project at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd in 1985 where she worked in the Personnel Department.

Pearl graduated in English Honours (20th Century American Literature) from Bombay University & completed her post-graduation in English Honours (American Fiction & Commonwealth Literature) from Pune University. She has a Belbin Team Role Accreditation.

Pearl is the Presiding Officer of the POSH Internal Committee for TMTC, TCA and TBeXG, Pune
