Sharda is a part of the research team at TMTC. She has been engaged in conducting research and developing case studies, management briefs and research articles across different domains. Many of her publications have been published in reputed journals and international magazines such as Association for Talent Development (erstwhile ASTD), International Journal of Indian Psychology, CSR Vision and Indian Management. 
Sharda also works on designing and managing programs in the area of Learning and Development. She has been involved in managing and designing Assessment Centers and has contributed to employee assessment services of Group company clients.
She is also a part of the designing & developing team of the TMTC Monthly Newsletter & program brochures that are circulated to the Alumni and the senior executives across Tata Group companies. In the capacity of Managing Editor, of TMTC Journal of Management, Sharda has been a core member of the editorial team and has been instrumental in designing, developing and editing of the journal. 
Sharda has co-authored a Paper titled ‘Exploitation and Harassment of Migrant Women and Girl Children Working as Domestic Assistants’. This paper was presented at the XVIIth ISPCAN International Conference in Hong Kong, China. Apart from working on research papers, Sharda has also edited books like ‘Mental Depression’, ‘Abuse faced by sex workers and their children’, ‘Relation between professionals and abusive parents’ and ‘Parenting of adolescents- Indian scenario’.
