TMTC e-LEARNING

At TMTC, we believe that learning must be democratized, and the opportunity for it therefore made available to all, including to those who may be constrained for any reason from attending physical, in-class programmes.

It is in this spirit that we offer more than one powerful e-learning programme. These interventions offer very rich tools and resources, delivered in a manner that makes the learning experience effective in terms of time spent as well as the financial cost of participation. 

Some of our programmes are delivered live over the internet, via virtual classrooms (which allow faculty as well as participants to attend sessions from the location of their preference), while others are based on the “self-paced” approach.

The Tata General Essentials of Management Seminar (Tata GeMS) and the Tata-Harvard Manage Mentor (Tata HMM) are both very relevant and contemporary in terms of their subject coverage, and both programmes are thus very popular with participants.  We are also in the process of adding to our set of online programme offerings and will update you on new e-delivered programmes through this page.

Welcome to the TATA - Harvard Manage Mentor self-paced e-learning programme brought to you by TMTC & Harvard Business Publishing. This programme enables you to learn at your own pace. With a repository of 44 courses to select from, you are on the road to becoming a better manager and a leader.

TATA - GeMS

The Tata GeMS Programme is a combination of an online & in-class programme designed for junior managers of Tata Group companies. The programme focuses on several aspects of managerial functioning that are critical to their effectiveness. The programme aims at building general management capabilities of participants by helping them to acquire an integrated perspective on management situations. The programme covers the functional areas of Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Development. It also covers decision making situations that enable participants to identify and understand managerial challenges.
